Language Watch helps you follow congressional bills and inspect changes. Its findings are starting points for your own review.

About the service

The app follows selected U.S. congressional bills, checks available public legislative materials, and may identify similar wording in other bills. A language match does not establish copying, a rider, legal equivalence, or a bill’s likelihood of passage. Detection dates show when our service found material, not when Congress published it. Coverage can be delayed or incomplete, and rewritten language can be missed. Consult the dated official documents linked from a result.

Access and accounts

Access is currently limited to invited beta accounts. Keep your sign-in details secure and use the service in compliance with applicable law. You may stop using the app and delete your account using Settings → Account & data. Account deletion and data handling are described in our privacy policy.

Notifications

Email and push updates are optional. Delivery depends on device settings, internet connectivity and third-party services. An alert is not a guaranteed or complete record of all changes; check the app and official sources when accuracy or timing matters.

Third-party information

Legislative documents and official links come from government sources. Those sources may update or remove material. Language Watch is an independent software service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Congress.
